Whoa whoa whoa! I can tell you I have honestly NEVER had any of their cards not work for me. HOWEVER you need to make sure whoever is applying the gift card to your subway balance either knows how to enter/use a DIGITAL gift card or can MANUALLY ENTER THE GIFT CARD NUMBER.
Hopefully that helps you out. Stick with this app! I've grown to absolutely love it over the years and I hope you do too ♡

Why is that? I got Amazon gift cards. They work fine.
