Getting ready to delete this app. Nobody can redeem their coins. No help. No translators. Gonna report them as well.

    I'm very happy that you haven't had any issues. Please take the time though to review many, many, many comments about the same issues. Right along with coins disappearing. I have gone thru all my apps, cell, settings, etc nothing on my end that I can find. I am on other apps that do not have these issues. And like you I've cashed out many times with.

 I cashed out all my points in Sept, then earned a card per month in Oct., Nov., & Dec. I've had a dry spell since I've been walking less. But it's also because they used to reward you with bonuses up to 10,000 steps... now they only give bonuses for 6,000 steps. A literal 40% reduction in bonuses. But now I'm al.ost back up to 3,000 points & will be cashing out very soon.

 1. Walk 10,000 steps (100 coins)
 2. Open all 6 Daily Lucky Boxes (50-100 coins)
 3. Play the Lottery 3 times (3 coins)

I earn 150-200 coins per day. That's 4500-6000 coins in 1 month (30 days)

150 coins x 30 days = 4500 coins
200 coins x 39 days = 6000 coins

    Everything I try to cash out it says you must have 500 points BY WALKING in order to redeem.  Where is this?

    There's no option to look up your post/comment history. 

The point I was trying to make with my first comment is that this app isn't a scam and the rewards are legit. 
I don't have any tips on how to solve your issues since I've never experienced it. The only thing I can suggest is to contact CashWalk. The "contact us" page is in the settings.

    Please educate yourself & go & read the many, many, many issues this app has. You have been fortunate. And that's wonderful. Lucky you. But I'm not seeing that & neither are many others. Makes you wonder if the ones that are getting their coins redeemed are AI.

  • honestly its pretty simple, u just have to walk everyday and collect the coins everyday, if u dont collect them they will dissapear, i forgot about this app and lost many many coins cs i do walk alot but i have cashed out a dunkin card back when it was 3000 for $3. i do not think ur using the app right 😭

    Agree. This app is scam. Just cheating. The support team is a joke. They only told you the system didn't work and would try to improve in the future but NO compensation and also didn't give you back the coin you earned.

    I use to be able to redeem points but this week they suspended my account. I was at 50,000 coins and they will not respond to my emails now at all only the first one. Almost like they blocked me. It's ridiculous

    did u email saying they haven't responded? I had it where a week went by, so I basically said that I have been waiting and they almost responded instantly.  ever since, when I DO email, the issue is resolved fairly quickly. I've only needed to bring up issues twice or so times

    Update; I did cash out in March, then again in April. Got a bit lucky with the 2X bonuses. So it took me 23 days to make my April reward, but no real problems with CashWalk since I last posted. 🙂

    Hey, I just joined this year and got 3 $5 gift cards so far. I redeemed for Tim Hortons with no issues. Only problem recently is that it's been giving me very low coins 1-2 when watching the ads. I was getting at least over 10 coins most of the time for watching 2 ads in a row.

    Cashed out again this month, no problems other than the weather cutting into my walking time. Another month and another nice gift card as a little pick-me-up during a very cold, dreary, and wet Springtime. 😊 
Heading into Summer so I might switch back over to Lowe's and get some extra garden flowers, pots, and stuff!

    Hm. This app is one of the most honest apps I've ever used so far. 

I never had a single issue except one time. I contacted the customer service, which is on their website, app, and all over the social media. They were responsive and, although the solution was not quick (bc I'm somewhat tech savvy and when I contact the reps, it is usually an advanced issue), they resolved the situation. 

About the language, the app has multilingual versions, and for the versions they don't have, you can use simple web translation service. 

Thirdly, I understand you're frustrated, but blaming others and responding with ugly attitude and language to defend your comments are uncalled for and unattractive. Clearly, your not asking for help here. 

Lastly, I hope that you removed this app and are not reading this. 

- I decided to waste my short bathroom break on this post this morning. lol

    i think where ppl can't agree with u on is that this is a scam. I've only had replies in English (no broken English either) and issues resolved within reason. as I stated to someone else, yes, my 1st email wasn't dealt with right away. so after a week, I sent another saying nobody had responded to me. I got a reply almost right away. ever since, if i brought up an issue (maybe once or so more) I've gotten my issue resolved/a reply within 24-48 hrs. and as many have stated, I've redeemed plenty of times. u can't say it's a "scam" cuz it's not working for u. u can call it janky, but not a scam...hence the replies ur getting. idk how you've tried to reach out to them, or what language is coming through (from what I know, it's a Korean based company), but I urge u to keep trying. squeaky wheel gets the grease!

and yes, I've seen ppl have issues and make a post, like u, many times....but there could be other reasons and possibly, other ways to reach out if no 1 is truly getting back to u. they have IG (which is where challenges used to be posted to!), they have their app reviews, etc! again, not saying ppl don't have issues, but doesn't mean it's a scam. Just means something isn't being taken care of correctly on 1 end. I've had issues with other things while ppl tell me they've never encountered an issue, doesn't mean it's a scam. this app stopped their challenges back in September, they probably (as for recent issues) r trying to figure things out still. so be persistent or if u want to, delete the app. do what helps u!
