It sounds like a glitch. Personally I'd uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that fixes it.
I walked 24000 steps on Tuesday. When I went to cash them out, they were gone a long with my 6000+ points toward gift card. Did this happen to anyone else? What happened?
It had to start all over again. It asked me to do steps and entering my weight and height.
