How do you cash out your points and can you cash it out to Apple Pay?

I was wondering since I'm new and I'm trying to make some quick cash and stay fit

If you gave at least 3,000 points, do the following,:
1.  Go to rewards
2. Click on the reward you want. I've had this app over 5 years and Amazon and Walmart are the ONLY 2 apps that accept the reward every time without incident. Try to put one of them to make getting a reward easy and painless. 
3. When you click on your reward, the points will be whatever it isinua 3,000 pts. 
4. Be sure to copy the "card" #, treat it like a bank card and the pin number. 
5. You can either check your email and follow the instructions there.... or.... go to the app where you claimed the reward. 
6. Go to wallet or payments options. 
7. Click on add funds to a gift card. 
8. Input your the long # and then your  digit pin .... and ...
9.  You have a gift card in to spend 

Tip:  I always try to let my points get to 6,000 or 9,000 before I get reward.

If you like walking try SWEATCOIN. This is an awesome one and you don't have to have your points in before midnight. They just add up
