Steps disappeared - again

Once again my steps disappeared as I was opening my boxes to collect points. I unfinch my app I had a thousand plus steps I went to collect my first points as I did so and ready to proceed to collect the points for hitting 1,000 all my points disappeared. This is not the first time this has happened now I don't get any credit for my thousand plus steps this is not right

    I suggest you checked your phone's settings so that it doesn't clean out cache automatically.

      Next, be certain to check the security software. Your security software tends to clean up your phone for you. 

Also check your maintenance features. Iphone, Google phones, and Samsung phones have maintenance features that clean up your phone on a regular basis.
