You will find that they short you by a lot. I am usually 1 mile less on this app than on Strava.
I've noticed that when I'm walking, Cash walk is not updating. I went up 3 flights of step and the step count stayed the same. It shouldn't be less than 1500-2000 steps less than Apple Health app
