Anyone else seeing glitches?

hello! I went out of town this past weekend and 1st 2 days seemed fine. then 3rd day hits and I realized that although the steps were showing on the app, the chests weren't popping up. then next day was fine. now today its restarting to 1 on the main steps, and under 1k for the chart graph. I have way more than either of those numbers. ive emailed the company twice but they havent responded, so I was curious if this is just happening to me. let me know and let me know if u found a resolution! I already checked for updates and restarted my phone

hello! I think I didnt explain it well enough. what i mean is it kept resetting to 1 step within the same day....id watch it go up and then drop down. after midnight (even when I travel to a different time zone, it goes with my OG time zone which gives me an extra hr of time) is when it resets, not 5 pm or every hr before that hun! like u said, it resets DAILY and u can see that same day and same hr, nothing changed for me even though I was walking while on my phone today. even now, 5 hrs later after walking around at the mall and stuff, I'm only at 28 steps. I think ur confused cuz u might be in a different time zone than u hun! I'm in PT rn til winter (Az life lol) so if u see the times in my screenshot and same day (its still Monday for me) in my 3+ yrs of having this app, I've never seen this glitch. sux
