Both my husband and I have problems getting our rewards from the app after walking. We both put in our phone numbers in and they’re verified, but we get no code sent.
We have problems with our app getting our money after walking both my husband and I. We get verified with the phone number, but never get a code sent.

I would contact support with screenshots and check ur reward section of the app, just in case. I've ran into issues a few times but it was because certain GC were "out of stock" and their system needed to replenish it overnight.
