I just noticed that my points were over 80k+ and now are 28,000 + ! Where the heck did all my points go when I haven't cashed them out? 
Who do I speak to about correcting this?

How can I get a text instead of a call to verify my account to redeem a reward. I could not get to the screen to input the code if I answered my call
