I don't understand after 3 years of having this app why when they finally get $10 gift cards for Amazon they decide to lock the $5 rewards why where does that make any sense when I had the points to get the $10 reward you didn't have the $10 reward but now that I don't have the points for the $10 reward you've got the $5 reward locked so that I can't cash out anything I've had this app for 3 years and I have cashed out many times at least 20 times but I'm at the point I'm ready to delete this app because I've had it for a couple of months where I have not been able to cash out and now I'm starting to get frustrated I don't understand what's going on with these apps wanting to lock down where we can't cash anything out right around the holidays that's bull it's the holidays when we want to cash out the most
