Keto Diet Question

Is Keto Diet for the  prediabetic? I'm asking because some keto foods has sugar in it.

    It is better to ask to your doc for the specific care. However, we absorb sugar in daily life and many types of food contain of sugar. With the keto diet, the total sugar in food would be way less than the usual ones.

    It could help eating low sugar and low carb. Also, you want to cut or substitute sugar with other sugar substitutes.

    Like everyone says check with your doctor but from personal experience I was prediabetic and Keto has help lower my sugar levels mostly by removing all processed foods

    17.3 - You should always ask your doctor or dietician if you are able. Everyone says that, but I understand that it is not always feasible to run to the doctor unless you are bleeding from a major artery or two. And monitor your blood sugar levels if you have started doing that as a pre-diabetic. If not, be very aware of the symptoms of high AND low blood sugar; know how to treat both.
