What you can eat or cannot eat if you have high blood pressure?

What I know is if you have high blood pressure,  you might not to eat much boiled egg because it contains much fat. And avoid  seafood especially cooked with many spices. Do you know any other food need to pay attention?

You don't need to avoid eggs as they are very good for you and contain healthy nutrition. Not all fats in food are bad for you for example avacardo is a good fat. Seafood is good for you too just avoid processed sauces and make your own or just add seasoning.

I know, eggs is fine but not too much because the egg yolks contains fat. Most seafood contains Na, which is the main reason for high blood pressure.

I think you got the food mixed up with high cholesterol. Seafood and fatty food is a no no for cholesterol. Banana, blueberry, spicies, fiber are all good food for blood pressure

In caso di pressione alta, bisogna usare certe precauzione nella propria dieta tipo: eliminare i salumi, i formaggi stagionati, le carni salate e il pesce in salamoia. Eliminare il sale e anche il  glucosio (dolci)

For the most part sodium. Processed foods aren't really good for health in general, so I'd add that to the list, but that's a personal opinion.
