If I have a high blood pressure reading should I do daily readings to get an average?

Per dire che hai la pressione alta dovresti misurarla assiduamente per due tre giorni, magari ogni 2 orette e segnare su un foglio i risultati. Può essere che nell'arco delle proprie prestazioni giornaliere la pressione si alzi, ma poi dovrebbe tornare nella normalità. È impossibile avere la pressione costante nell'arco dell'intera giornata. Considererei dei valori normali di pressione che vanno da 80/120
