Why can't I redeem my points. it says too many redemption at the IP address..I don't know ..its just me living at my house. I would like this fixed..thank you

you can only redeem one gift card every 24 hours. if you are on a wifi network than the same applies for the ip address. Someone may be connected to the wifi network and might have redeemed a card before you.
