Yes you get 100 coins per friend the invite code is on the home page at the bottom

Yes they will need your code to enter though, its as mentioned above if you give them one.

supposedly and make sure they click your link or put your code in i prefer link bc it sends them straight to play store to download, make sure they dont download till they click your link
