I had visited my country for 2wks but I can't redeem point after I came back to Canada even I have enough point. my wife has same issue as me.

try changing it back to use from Chanda on the settings

contact their support maybe they can help click on the home on the bottom left then click 3 lines and then settings then click contact us tell them your issue and they may be able to help
