When I put my number in to verify, it says it is sent, but I have not received anything. Does any if you know what's happening?

I had trouble too it wouldn't send the code but I kept trying back to back 4 or 5 times and then it just had me pick thru pictures to prove I wasn't a robot and it loaded the gift card right after
