why am I not receiving a code for my reward I want to claim.. just doesn't send a code to my phone..

    are you using Wi-Fi?  everyone using that router shows as the same IP so if someone else is also using the app the system sees that as one person with multiple accounts.

    and when that happens you have to wait a bit before you can redeem. There is one redemption allowed every 24 hours,  even on the same IP
