I would say keep emailing support and they will able to fix it. they did it for me

R S, how long did it take? I started emailing them over a month ago. A week and a half ago they responded requesting more info (which had been in the original email, but I sent it again), but I haven't heard back from them since then.

Yes, they don't answer me. My first mail is Tuesday. I think i need to wait a little longer😠
