you need to have a phone number, and it'll say click here to activate it

Where do I add phone number? I don’t see that option anywhere. It just has my email address in my profile 

To redeem u have to have at least 2000 points 

And then click on redeem. After that it should let u enter ur phone #

Doesn’t work. I get an error that says I have to contact customer care. I have emailed them twice from the app. No response
