Anyone else having this issue? I'm owed coins and I've created several tickets and they have all been ignored.

    I stopped! I used 2 refer peeps NEVER SAW COINS FOR THEM!!!! NO RESPONSE EITHER!!!!!

    You have to keep on emailing them. I had issue with my account and I emailed them for almost three months before the issue was resolved.. Sorry you are going thru this.. keep on trying.
