not sure, maybe going up and down stairs or moving in the same spots doesn't count miles ? all day I was up n down stairs, ramps and lot of walking but more of a ''same route'' walking. don't know sorry ๐

fun fact if you're more tall you make more miles per step so maybe cause I'm a midget haha I'm like 175 cm
