Why my app doesn’t sync?

Even when i walk 10 000, my app doesn't synchronize and i have only 7000 steps count. Somebody can help me?

    It might happened due to your phone malfunctioning

    Does it show you walk 10000 on the health app? For me in syncs the health app with the cashwalk app and thats how it counts my steps.
