After trip abroad, switching SIM cards and changing local phones, ... Redeem doesn't work any more. Could you fix that? Canada - Portugal - back to Canada again. Then it doesn't count my steps, too.

    I would contact them! This happened because it thinks you are in a different country using a vpn to bypass the app.

    Try redeem tomorrow morning! Got same message last time and worked the day after
