HELP! I'm new to how the gift cards work. Let's say I have a Starbucks card, do I go into the Starbucks and scan my code or do I have to order online to be able to use my gift card code?

 I've used Starbucks you can scan it 

That’s why I only get Amazon gift cards

pretty sure you can scan it. I've done Walmart and Dunkin that way.
