Do the codes actually work?

I have tried to redeem my steps for gift cards and the app keeps telling me my account is disabled for security reasons. Four times I’ve contacted them and received no response. I’m highly disappointed

I just collected my reward cards but I haven't used them yet. Hopefully I will have no problem using them. I'm sorry to hear about that Kat.
