Can someone help me out with this. I have been trying to redeem my rewards. But it's not letting me. I keep getting the same error.

I'm not using a VPN... I get this message no matter where I open this app... From home, work, street... Nothing works 

It thinks you are using a vpn so you need to turn it off before you login to the app. If that does not work try and restart your phone.
