    Please do not call me an idiot. I am NOT using a VPN. I perfectly understand what VPN means. But this message happens to me anywhere I go. So it's not my phone. It's the system

    If you sell your unused internet bandwidth using apps like honey gain (or something similar) this can sometimes trigger this as some of the companies using your internt do use VPN. But if this is not your case then I am not sure.
