I have been trying to redeem for a $5 gift card, and I get the message in the photo. Tried contacting/messaging cashwalk 3 times, no response. Don't think I will use his app much longer if the problem doesn't get resolved.

I’m having the same problem people say to do it just off your wifi but still doesn’t work people keep saying something to do with vpn on your phone but I don’t have it switched on so don’t know what it’s talking about
