M11. Please recommend

I'm phisically not very strong, and i have left knee pain. Is there any good exercise for me? I prefer any exercise that I can do at home everyday.

I tried gym, but now no time to go.. too busy. 

I love swimming, but in here, we only have indoor pool only, which i don't like.

    73. take it light, so some light yoga and stretching to alleviate the pain and use very light or no weights

    60. Maybe some exercises with a resistance band like clam shells or crab walking or doing yoga may help?

      I love yoga, and i think i can start it straight away. I think i can find many youtube site that teach yoga. Thank you.

    I think you'll go will help and you can talk to your doctor to see if there are any exercises that they can recommend as well.

    I also have a knee pain, injury, and contrary to what I thought doing more steps (up and down) actually help it.
