Lemon biscotti

 

These are completely addictive.  We bought 5 bags from Costco while they're on sale. Burst of sweet lemon flavour.

    Yeah, you should try it.  These are actually mini sized biscotti so they are very easy to snack on.

    The biscotti is crunchy and slightly sour but sweet.  Then it's coated in a lemon flavoured icing that is sweet too.
