These are pickled radish that go in Kimbap.  They are so freaking delicious but hard to replicate at home.  Also make a good side dishes.

      It's a Korean ingredient.  They take radish and pickle it so it's sweet and sour.

       I think the yellow colouring comes from other ingredients they use.
