My total earned coins in my dashboard is 7456 then I already redeemed 4000 for the $5 gift card but why the current coins is 1456 it doesn't make sense right? It should be 3456 ...what's happening!?

    Do you have a screenshot of the coins before and after redemption? I am sure they are going to ask you for evidence. Contact support for help. I know the past few days lots of other people had coins missing..

    It's a bummer when they make a mistake because the customer service is not good on this app.  You will probably just be out the coins.
