I swear, I am dying of thirsty

look at this jar! it surely has water in it

yes! there is water

yes... but is a little only

shame! I can't reach it! the water is too low in the bottom

I give up... I will not be able to drink this water

No!!

to give up is not an option

we need to think and be ingenious to be able to drink this water

I have an idea!!! let's go for a stone 

so, they took one stone...

and they dropped it in the jar

let's bring another stone!

they took another stone and dropped it one by one into the jar

and another, another and another

and they continued until the level of the water raised

until they could see the level of the water near them

Then they were able to quench their thirst and thus save their lives.
