Blueberry

Blueberry

Blueberries are a classic super food because they are rich in vitamin C, anthocyanins, pectin and other ingredients. They have high nutritional value and are also known as the "King of Berries"

And blueberries contain a large amount of anthocyanins, which can scavenge free radicals, inhibit melanin deposition, help cells protect against free radical damage, and help resist inflammation.

Let the blueberries as party of your fruit routine.

I usually go blueberries picking when it is in season. They are great by myself or making desserts. Love them.
