Unable to collect rewards

Unable to collect rewardsI have made it to 5K rewards and I am unable to cash out brlecause my VPN is on. I turned my VPN off and reopened the app and I am still getting the same message. 

 

Are you able to send my reward via email if the app is not allowing me to cash out. 

 

Please see attached screenshot, and advice on how to proceed.

    As Doug said, write directly to customer service. Sometimes I also get that message, but It goes when I disconnect VPN. Try to restart the phone or clean app cache.

    Just restart your phone, switch off vpn and use wifi.

      I tried turning off the VPN but I didn't try it in conjunction of shutting off the phone.
