Solar Power dryer

I've only started using clothes horses since I moved to Italy but now that I use them everyday it just makes sense. Once it's loaded with laundry on a hot summer day it my clothes can be dry in around 3 hours. The best part is that it's solar powered.

M17....best way ever to dry washing....can't beat the fresh air scent of outdoor dried clothes....mine goes out and has two chances....stay wet and stay out, or get dry and picked in,  and put another load out 👍

Yes, I learned how commonly it is done when researching rentals for our stay last year. The only reason I opted for a property with a tiny dryer was in case of rain or humid weather since we were there in fall and not such a hot and sunny time. Hanging clothes out to dry is not a common practice in the US anymore but I like the way the clothes smell and it's less wear and tear on them. When I stayed in Porto this spring, it seemed like on certain days, the whole neighborhood smelled like laundry detergent. Laundry drying everywhere!
