How often do you replace your cell phone? Do you buy one when the latest version comes out, or wait until your phone starts to act wonky and only buy a new one when you need to?

Even when I had the money for when the latest and greatest would drop, I'd still hang on to mine till it nearly no longer functions.

I have always replaced my iPhone with new one but the past two years I haven't. My son told me to stop wasting money since I don't do anything with it except for texting, calls and FB. lol. I am still using 13 pro max but I will change to 16 when it get released..lol

I try to use my phone as long as possible both to save both my money and the environment

27. About 18-24 months. I buy the cheaper (but good) phones. I get a new phone when the updates start running slow.
