Vegan Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using).
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thick and creamy.
3. Enjoy with fresh fruit, granola, or nuts.
