Heard from my old boss the other day. He went out for a shoulder replacement and experience some issues and had to go to therapy. During this time he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and notified his boss. Well, next thing you know, they terminated him which he believes was done illegally. He just told me he's had his lawyer send them a letter requesting reinstatement. hopefully it works out for him.
