Lock screen keeps crashing

Is this happening to anyone else? 

 

I'm not able to get any coins from the lock screen. One I tap on it, the screen crashes and I don't get the coin. 

 

This has happened a couple of times recently. Luckily, it's not all day so I can still get some of the coins.

    I have also been directed to my browser instead of the app a couple times when trying to get to the chat.

I think that the chat portion of the app is really just a wrapper around the website.

    I have lost coins too. Not a huge amount, but enough to be annoying.

    No, I have all the permissions set correctly so I don't think it is that. Plus, it's not happening all the time. It comes and goes.
