17.18 - What is the IELTS test for? I assume it probably cost money to take (🙄) so that would motivate me, but I am a tightwad.
It's hard to get into the study mood, especially if you have been out of school for a couple of years.

It's a English test for some specific jobs and the basic requirements for entering Universities.
