The heat gave me a really bad headache today and I wasn't even out for that long. Next week I'll be in Florida where it's gonna feel at least 10 degrees hotter! Not looking forward to that part lol

    M17....oh no....I always find taking a couple of paracetamol before I go out in the heat usually helps..👍
