"Hard" usually refers to alcohol so if you order a hard shake your going to get alcohol rather than just a "plain" milkshake.
This is the EDSPRESSO SHAKE. When I ordered it, I assumed this was coffee flavour, but unfortunately, there was only alcohol that I tasted. BTW, I wonder what the difference is between hard shakes and milk shakes?
