I've emailed, emailed customer service, no one won't get back with me, it still has my old number on here because I want to redeem for my gift cards, they can't cause they still got my old number on here. I don't have my old number, no more, I got a lot of coins, I don't want to get rid of them, can someone get back with me as soon as possible, I appreciate it thank you

When you redeem coins, i know there is another you can press for verification, not exactly sure but i think it says "try different number". Did you try it?

I don't think your account is linked to a phone number though? Because they ask if you want to use a different number to verify.

It'sIt's registered to my old phone number. I don't have that number. No more. I have a new number and it's saying the new number's registered and I haven't received any codes.
