I haven't been getting my two times bonus on my boxes today.  Watch the commercial but hasn't been issued for three of them now. Anyone else having that problem?

    My double boxes have only actually doubled 4 times total in the 2 months since they introduced it.Was extremely frustrating I've just accepted now it'll never work.Support said it was because no ads were available or connectivity issues but that's not right as first ad always works fine and many others had same problem...

    Whoa.  After I get my first 1 issued.  I wait til about 7:30 pm to try again.  That usually works.

    87- had that problem b4 and other issues so I shut my phone down and restart , sometimes that works
