Looking to get back into overnight oats as they are super handy in the mornings. What is your go to recipe?

Oat and milk are the best.

    10. The prepackaged ONO? Or made up shit people make? I subscribed to ONO & love them. All the chocolate flavors are the best.

Apple, walnut, raisin and cinnamon and my hubby likes peanut butter and jam!

Id rather make proper hot oats, 2 mins in the microwave and add fruit afterwards.

No oats for me.  Too many carbs.  :(

How do you have energy if you think oats have too many carbs?

I've gone the full marathon distance, 26.2 miles more than once almost fasted, no carbs to speak of. A hard boiled egg and some mixed salted nuts. Had no problem with lack of energy.

Call it what you will, I have witnesses.  I was out there with three other people who can attest to what I did.  Also wrote a lengthy blog post about my experience.  Going slow burns stored fat, and you don't need the carbs, can go all day (and I have). Going faster burns carbs where you need to keep stoking the fire with more carbs.  It's called being fat adapted.

I like to mix the oats together with natural yogurt and layer with frozen berries.  The berries defrost overnight and all the juice mixes into the oats.  😋
