I can't help personally.

I loaded the app on another device and points from day were lost but not the total accumulated. It's when I dropped my phone in the loo 😂 but the phone survived and I got it working when I had dried it out.

That's terrible. Maybe uninstall the app and then upload it back. That sometimes fix the issue.

That's terrible!  Hopefully the customer service can help you out! 
I cash in my coins and redeem the rewards as soon as I earn them b/c I fear the app crashing!
