2. Tempeh

Does any regularly eat or know how to cook tempeh? I've tried in soup & panfried. Was interesting with its own a bit bitter&nutty flavor. 

I guess you have to cook it to really brown as in the picture cuz i did it really light brown? Is that the typical cooking degree you ought to bring to tempeh?

Also, that dish looks enticing. Has anyone tried that style with tempeh? Can't wait to try. I'm thinking of doing with tomato sauce+coconut milk instead
