How do you guys find motivation at the end of a long day?
I know some people just come home and watch TV or scroll on their phones. I do that too.
But others go read a book or watch a video that's skills focused. They study. I think about it. I pull up the video or get the book. But then I just stare at them.
So how do people find the motivation to day that and not just sit there like a blob?
